Yoga Mat Height Guide - What size Yoga Mat do I need?

We have produced a guide to try and help you work out what size Yoga Mat would be suitable for your height. The information below is just a guide.

You might want to consider when selecting a size things like having extra room for you lying down with your arms above your head - do you like your arms being on a cold floor or do you want them on the mat as well? Also consider how far your legs can stretch in some leg stretching asanas or if you do sequences that involve more travel along the Yoga Mat from one pose into another? You should also take into account how much extra room you actually like above you head and below your feet - it's a personal choice.

180cm Yoga Mat (5' 11")
Suitable for 5ft 6 inches (167.5cm) and under

200cm Yoga Mat (6' 7")
Suitable for heights between 5ft 7 inches (170cm) - 5ft 10 inches (178cm)

220cm Yoga Mat (7' 2")
Suitable for heights between 5ft 11 inches (180cm) - 6ft 2 inches (188cm)

240cm Yoga Mat (7' 10")
Suitable for heights between 6ft 3 inches (190.5cm) - 6ft 6 inches (198cm)

260cm Yoga Mat (8' 6")
Suitable for heights between 6ft  7 inches (200.5cm) - and above

We cut Classic, Premier and Ampio Yoga Mats directly from 20m and 30m Rolls of Yoga Mats, so we can also custom cut most bespoke size.

Please email us if you would like a different length than is available on the website as we will be more than happy to provide a quotation.

Unfortunately any bespoke lengths / specially cut Yoga Mats which are cut to the customers desired length or width CANNOT be returned as they cannot be re-sold as a standard product. The only reason we will accept these products back is if they are faulty, broken or the wrong item has been sent out.
