It will fit medium to large length Yoga Mats when rolled up (e.g. our 220cm, 240cm and 260cm long Classic, Premier, Ampio Mats, 6mm EcoPro Rubber Mats and EXTRA WIDE Mats). For thinner mats 4.5mm and under and shorter Yoga Mats, we recommend our MEDIUM version of these bands
