It is a durable, natural cork Yoga Block that is biodegradable and recyclable. The flat cork block can also be used for sitting with a slight elevation, in sitting yoga postures, or as a support wherever you need a little more height. Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example, Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose – supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand). 

These Yoga Blocks are suitable for all, lighter than bamboo blocks, with rounded edges and corners for extra comfort and support. Cork is non-allergenic, anti-fungal, anti bacterial and anti static.

This eco-friendly product is made cork, which is a highly renewable, biodegradable and recyclable resource as no trees are cut down in the production of cork, because only the cork bark is removed and it re-grows. The binding agent used in the raw material is food glue and is biodegradable.
