It will fit small to medium length Yoga Mats when rolled up (e.g. our 120cm, 140cm, 180cm and 200cm long Classic, Premier, Ampio, 4mm EcoPro Rubber Mats, TPE and Leela Print Design Mats). For thicker mats 6mm and above and longer mats, 220cm and above, we recommend our LARGE version of these bands
