The HALF Height (2.5cm / 1 inch) Yoga Block is made using non-toxic, first grade EVA Polyethylene Foam which is strong and durable with 3mm chamfered edges. The dense quality means it is strong enough to support any yoga posture, yet soft enough to be comfortable. This block is particularly useful when needing to reduce the height of your lift from a FULL Height (5cm / 2 inch) Yoga Block and for use as cushioning in inversions. EVA foam material is more dense than Recycled Chip Foam and as a result provide less give and a more solid base, but if you're looking for a block which has a lower density we recommend our HALF Height (2.5cm / 1 inch) Chip Foam Blocks.
