PLEASE NOTE: The Leela Mat develops its full slip resistance only after repeated use. However, note that the grip of PVC yoga mats is reduced by moisture, humidity or sweat as the mat does not absorb moisture and a film of sweat may lead to less grip on the mat. We recommend the yoga mat as a reliable base for all yoga or gymnastics exercises.
