The Buckwheat Round Meditation Zafu Cushion with Embroidered Flower Pattern is a firm shaped cushion associated with meditation. Ideal use for Virasana (Hero pose) by lifting the hips when sat on the cushion to help keep the spine correctly aligned. This meditation cushion can also be used to make various seated postures more comfortable as it adapts to the shape of your body and provides adequate support to maintain the correct position while meditating or sitting . The Round Zafu Cushion is filled with 100% buckwheat hulls with zip access to allow for topping up. It has a convenient handle to carry the cushion and the top and bottom are further reinforced with double fabric.

Our EXTRA LONG Traditional Robust 100% Indian cotton yoga blankets are ideal for yoga practice because they fold and roll well. This yoga prop can be used in a number of different postures. You can place the blanket under your head or fold the blanket up to allow additional lift. It is an ideal prop to cover up during Savasana or to wrap around you during meditation to keep you warm. These Blankets have a OM symbol stitched in contrasting colours and a small black Ruth White Yoga Products label on a different corner.
In India these are working blankets, so you will get some minor imperfections and bobbles in the cotton weave as this is the style of the dense material.
