The Activity Squares are a quality mat material offering good cushioning which is well-suited for sitting and standing. This mat is ideal to use especially if you have wooden or tiled floors. It is textured on the top and smooth on the other side.

The material used for these Yoga Activity Squares are certified toxin and phthalate free according to the strict standards of ÖKO-TEX Standard 100 P.1 Certificate (Baby Standard) Certificate Ref. No. 48325.

Machine washable at 30 degrees, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer.
