Rectangle Buckwheat Yoga Bolster

Yoga bolsters are designed to support posture during yoga and prevent strain/injury from overstretching. The Rectangular Buckwheat Yoga Bolster provides a shallower, wider surface which is particularly suited to supporting the back in lying asanas. It can also be used on its side for a deeper stretch, as a stable base for seated meditation, as a general-purpose cushion or pillow, or for a variety of physiotherapy purposes.

Featuring a soft cotton cover, this yoga bolster is filled with eco-friendly, natural, and biodegradable buckwheat hulls. Hulls are excellent at providing firm support which conforms to the shape of the body and can be removed as necessary to alter the firmness of the bolster cushion. The carry handle makes this bolster highly portable — convenient to take to your yoga class, or to simply reposition.
