These Yoga Zafu covers are made to fit our Ruth White Yoga Zafu cushions. They are 100% cotton with a machine washable zipped outer cover. The inner case is also zipped to allow for filling.

PLEASE REMEMBER to check the dimensions of your Zafu. If it is not a Ruth White Zafu it may not fit your existing one.

Zafus are ideal use for Virasana (Hero pose) by lifting the hips when sat on the cushion to help keep the spine correctly aligned. This meditation cushion can also be used to make various seated postures more comfortable as it adapts to the shape of your body and provides adequate support to maintain the correct position while meditating or sitting . Our Round Zafu Cushion is filled with 100% buckwheat hulls, but you can use other stuffing materials.

Our Yoga Bolsters and Round Zafu Meditation Cushions are all filled by hand here in Oakley, Hampshire. Many of the Bolsters and Zafu Cushions sold in the UK are flown in and imported from India. These pre-filled items are large, require a lot of packaging, take up a lot of container space and use a huge amount of energy to import them. So where possible we source fillings from the UK and the EU to hand fill all our Bolsters and Round Zafu cushions to help reduce our carbon footprint.
